Tiny Outpost blog paints up the Collective Mind Monster

Neal Key is a keen wargamer who has recently placed his virtual toe into the realm of blogging. As a fan of our miniatures and centrally the excellent SHM Range where new designers get to show off their weird and wonderful ideas and talent he has thus far only a handful of posts on his blog. Above is our own image of this code. Its one of many creatures in the range by Fjodin. Three Versions of The Controller

SHM22 The Controller is one of the most popular single figures in the SHM Range as part of its selection of 15mm science fiction miniatures.  Sculpted by Fjodin back in 2011 it has been featuring in collections ever since.  It depicts an alien overseer possessed of a mighty mind and a frail body. Overseeing the actions of his minion legions he is a foe not to be taken lightly. Perfect for the evil leader of an alien army.  You can see it HERE.

Two firm fans of 15mm science fiction sent their pictures of their own colour scheme for The Controller to us and this has allowed us to show our own and their take on just what can be done with this miniature.  I have seen other versions in yellow, in blue and in white so it is a figure that can be painted up in many different ways.   First our own studio painted version in pale and sickly pink. Then a version in green and silver (very fetching!) painted by Neal Key in the UK.  Lastly a deep pink and mottled version (very threatening!) painted by Ralph Plowman also in the UK.  Ralph has his own wargame blog which makes for fine reading HERE.

New Post Apocalypse HOF Packs at 15mm.co.uk

The migration period of 15mm.co.uk is now complete as the collection of all the USEME Series of titles as paid for downloads has moved over onto this very blog.  That's right you can purchase any of the current twelve (with three more in the works) USEME titles as printed books on the website or on this blog as purpose designed PDF's.  Purpose designed and only 5.00USD by paypal direct from the link with the whale (to our online partner Oronjo) with instant pay and download.  

I take a lot of pride in these downloaded versions of the printed books as I have said before.  Some companies just convert and publish from print but not us, no.  I took the time and our PDF folders contain a fully linked up, laid out version taken from print but also a separate 'ease print' version with all images removed if you are short on home ink.  Plus separate colour covers.  Suits all comers this way.
